Malpensa (MXP) handles arrivals across Terminal 1 and Terminal 2, and the exact meeting point and time for your car are confirmed once your booking is complete, set against your actual flight rather than a fixed slot. This keeps the handover realistic if a flight is delayed or moved between terminals.

Documents and flight details

Before arrival we ask for your flight number and terminal so the handover can be planned against it. You will need a valid driving licence and identification on collection, and a security deposit is taken as part of the booking process, briefed to you in advance so there are no surprises at the car.

Returning the car

Returns at Malpensa follow the same logic as pickup: the location and timing are agreed with you beforehand so you can plan the drive back with your departure in mind. The car should come back in the condition and fuel state agreed at handover.

    Meet and collect

    Your meeting point and time at Malpensa are confirmed as part of the booking, with documents, licence check and deposit briefing handled at handover.

  4. 04

    Drive and return

    Use the car for the agreed period and return it at the location and time set in your booking, in the condition agreed at pickup.
