Mercedes-Benz covers more ground in our fleet than most single-brand collections manage: a GT63 AMG Coupe for a driver who wants presence and pace, an S-Klasse S400 Long 4-Matic for a principal who wants to work quietly from the back seat, and a V300 with eight seats for a group that would rather travel together than split across two cars. Between them sits the GLE 450 AMG, wide-shouldered and composed on longer legs of a trip, and the S560 Cabrio for the days when the itinerary allows the roof to come down.

What unites these thirteen cars is fit for purpose rather than a single idea of luxury. A family covering several countries over a week is better served by the GLE's cabin space and load capacity than by a two-seat coupe; a business host meeting a client at the airport wants the S-Klasse's rear-seat comfort and a driving position that photographs well outside a hotel entrance; a couple touring in early autumn wants the Cabrio on the right afternoon and a hardtop on the wrong one. We keep the range wide enough that the occasion decides the car, not the other way round.

Rates start at €250 a day, with the figure moving according to model, season and length of hire. Each car is handed over with the usual paperwork on mileage, deposit and driver requirements explained before you sign, and collection or delivery can be arranged to an airport, hotel or private address to suit how the trip is structured.
