Priveo Cars is the brand under which priveocars.com operates. We connect travellers with a curated selection of luxury, performance and prestige cars across 39 cities in France, Germany, Greece, Italy, Monaco, Portugal, Spain, Switzerland and the United Arab Emirates, working with trusted local rental partners in each destination. The site lists 91 cars across sport, luxury, convertible, SUV, electric, supercar and minivan categories, with day rates starting from €210.

When you book through priveocars.com, the rental contract for the vehicle itself is performed by the local partner in the city you choose; we arrange the booking, provide the quote and remain your point of contact before, during and after the rental. Nothing is booked automatically. You send us an enquiry through the form on the site, or contact us by email, phone or WhatsApp, telling us the car you are interested in, your start and finish locations and your pick-up and drop-off dates. If you need airport delivery, you also give us your flight number.

We reply with a written quote that sets out the car, the price, what is included and the deposit that applies. The booking only becomes binding once we confirm it to you in writing, by email or WhatsApp. Until that confirmation, either side is free to walk away without any obligation.

The price in your quote covers the rental of the chosen car for the agreed dates, 200 km per day of mileage, and the insurance described in the quote. Airport delivery, if requested, is quoted separately where it applies.

Anything outside the scope of the quote — extra mileage, fuel top-up, fines, tolls, additional drivers or optional equipment — is charged in addition, at the rates stated in the quote or in this document.

Bookings are not paid online on priveocars.com. Payment terms are agreed directly with you once your booking is confirmed, following the written quote.

At handover, a refundable security deposit is taken on a credit card in the main driver's name. Depending on the car, the deposit ranges from €1,500 to €250,000. It is released within 14 days after the car is returned, once we have checked for fines, tolls and any damage.

Because a rental is reserved for a specific car on specific dates, the 14-day right of withdrawal that applies to many online purchases under EU consumer law does not apply here: Directive 2011/83/EU excludes leisure services booked for a specific date or period from that right. Instead, we apply the following voluntary cancellation policy, which is more flexible than the law requires.

Cancellation is free if you cancel at least 7 days before pickup. If you cancel between 7 days and 24 hours before pickup, 30% of the booking value is retained. If you cancel within 24 hours of pickup, the full booking value is retained.

If you want to change dates, the car or the locations after confirmation, tell us as early as possible; we will try to accommodate the change with the local partner, but it may not always be possible and the cancellation tiers above apply if the original booking is cancelled rather than amended.

Occasionally we or our local partner may need to cancel or amend a confirmed booking — for example because of severe weather, a safety or technical issue with the vehicle, or another event beyond reasonable control (force majeure). In that case we will tell you as soon as we know, offer the closest available alternative car or dates where possible, and if no suitable alternative can be found, refund any amount you have already paid for that booking in full. We are not liable for further losses arising from a cancellation made for these reasons.

The main driver must be at least 25 years old and hold a driving licence for at least 3 years, for every car on the site. At handover, the main driver must present a valid driving licence, a passport or national ID, and a credit card in their own name for the security deposit. Drivers holding a licence issued outside the EU may be asked to present an International Driving Permit.

Additional drivers must meet the same age and licence conditions and be declared and approved before the rental begins.

The car is handed over and returned at the location and time agreed in your confirmed booking. At handover, the local partner checks the driver's documents, takes the security deposit and records the condition and fuel level of the car with you.

Return the car at the same condition and fuel level, at the agreed time and place. Late return, without prior agreement, may be treated as an extension of the rental and charged accordingly.

Return the car with the same fuel level as at handover; if it is lower, the missing fuel is charged at cost plus a refuelling service fee. Your booking includes 200 km per day; kilometres driven beyond that are charged at the rate stated in your quote.

Any traffic fine, toll or parking charge incurred during the rental is your responsibility. These are passed on to you together with an administrative fee once notified to the local partner.

Insurance is included as described in your quote. If damage occurs during the rental and you are at fault, you are liable for the insurance excess stated in the quote; the security deposit may be used to cover this before being released.

Driving abroad, on a track day, or off-road requires our prior written approval; without it, cover under the included insurance may not apply. Smoking and pets are not allowed in any of the cars.

We arrange your booking and act as the point of contact between you and the local partner performing the rental; the local partner is responsible for the condition, roadworthiness and delivery of the vehicle itself. Our liability, and that of the local partner, does not extend to indirect losses such as missed appointments, lost business or consequential costs arising from a delay or a vehicle issue, except where caused by wilful misconduct or gross negligence.

If something goes wrong before, during or after your rental, write to [email protected] with your booking details. We will look into it with the local partner and respond with an outcome or next steps within a reasonable time.

The content, photos and car listings on priveocars.com belong to Priveo Cars or are used with permission from our local partners; you may not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without our written consent. You may use the enquiry form only to make genuine booking requests.

These terms, and any rental or charter booked through priveocars.com, are governed by the law of the country where the rental or charter is actually performed — that is, the country of the city where you collect the car. Any dispute that cannot be resolved directly is subject to the courts of that same country.

We may update these terms to reflect changes in our services or in the way bookings are handled. The version published on priveocars.com at the time of your enquiry applies to your booking.
